Mansker's Project
When Karen and Bruce decided to remodel their home, they went all in. Starting with a big addition to hold their brand new kitchen. They immediately followed that up by adding a massive composite deck with aluminum railing in the rear of their house and a smaller matching deck in the front. The house and garage are both covered in sage green LP siding and many of the windows and exterior doors were also replaced. This project turned out absolutely fantastic!
Clayton Basement
The Clayton's started off with a shell of a basement that was really only good for storage. They ended up with a nice sized child's bedroom complete with egress window, a beautiful bathroom, a large area for entertaining complete with bar, a huge family area and still had plenty of room left over for all of their storage needs.
Knapp Walkout Basement
This was another basement that started as nothing more than an empty shell. However, these customers decided to take their remodel to the next level by making it a walkout basement. This required a massive amount of excavation and the cutting of the door opening that now leads onto their very private patio area. The basement now consists of a very large family room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and 2 large storage areas. (Retaining wall and patio completed by Premiere Landscaping.)
